“Spent two years here, and it was a great experience. Very accommodating, storage sheds included, lawn maintenance, large lots with grass and sprinklers, and constant improvements. They gave us a heads up when maintaining water lines, and take rent payment over the phone. This is an excellent place for extended RV stays. They don’t price gouge in the summer like other parks in Bend do. Neighbors are friendly too, plenty of people regularly walking dogs, and no dog poop. This park is going to be even better when the trees are fully grown.”

Cancellation Policy
ALL reservations require a deposit at the time you make your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged for 1 night of your stay. If staying longer than one night your remaining balance while be charged when you check in or at close of business if you are a late arrival. A receipt of this transaction will be emailed to you.
Our cancellation policy states we will refund your deposit if we receive 8 days or more notice before your scheduled arrival, less a cancellation fee of $10. If you cancel 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, we will NOT refund any of your deposit. We issue an e-mail cancellation confirmation e-mail as proof of your cancellation. You need to keep a copy of that e-mail in your records, without said e-mail, we will not honor your cancellation.
Monthly reservations operate on a separate registration and cancellation schedule and will be notified of the policy when you make a reservation.
Sorry, no refunds are made for early departure.

We are a Good Sam Park and with a current Good Sam Card, we will honor the nightly Good Sam Discount of 10%. Memberships can be obtained at time of registration and your discount will begin immediately. Please ask about your discount.

FROM NORTH TRAVELING SOUTH ON HWY 97: Enter Bend take exit 135A onto US Business 97 and turn left at light onto Empire Ave. Go half a mile turn right at light onto Boyd Acres. Go about one mile turn left onto Ross Road; park is first driveway to right.
Coming from the South
FROM SOUTH TRAVELING NORTH ON HWY 97: Enter Bend stay on Hwy 97 about four miles and take exit 135B to Empire Ave. Turn right at end of exit. Go two blocks and turn right at light onto Boyd Acres. Go about one mile turn left onto Ross Road; park is first driveway to right.
Coming from the East
FROM EAST TRAVELING WEST ON HWY 20: Enter Bend at light on 27th Avenue stay straight on Hwy 20/Greenwood count lights to fifth light or third street. Turn right on third street and go about two miles. Turn right at light onto Empire Avenue. Go half a mile turn right at light onto Boyd Acres. Go about one mile turn left onto Ross Road; park is first driveway to right.
Coming from the West
FROM WEST TRAVELING EAST ON HWY 20: Enter Bend and you will merge with US Business 97 stay in left lanes turn left at light on Empire Avenue. Go half a mile turn right at light onto Boyd Acres. Go about one mile turn left on Ross Road; park is first driveway to right.
